Planning benefit
- All systems can be inspected, retrofitted and replaced, i.e. the external venetian blind can be replaced with a roller shutter if it is used for a different purpose
- Reduced planning effort and simplified processing thanks to consolidation in one system or one trade
- Modularity in perfection – both on the outside through a wide range of peripherals and on the inside through the selection of the right material for the respective building project.

Installed in front of aluminium window system / PVC-U window system / sliding and lift-and-slide system
With integral external blind / roller blind system / textile curtain
An interlocking connection must be established between the aluminium window / PVC-U window / sliding / lift-and-slide unit and the sun shading system as well as the window sill and the drainage channels in the case of doors. It must be possible for the reveal to extend from floor to ceiling, and it must consist entirely of aluminium with rear insulation.
Window sill
Extruded aluminium window sill without screw-fixing rib for a minimal face width. The window sill must interlock with the profile of the outer frame profile of the window. In keeping with the modern overall appearance, the radius of the window sill cannot be any greater than 2.5 mm with a drip profile height of 25 mm. The sliding seals must be designed in such a way that the thermal linear expansion of the window sill can be tolerated and compensated for on both sides. A tested drainage module below the window sill must be used to drain the guide track for the roller shutters or external blind.
Drainage for doors
For increased watertightness, doors must be configured with a well-functioning drainage channel in the style of cross grooves. An adequate depth of > 90 mm must be satisfied. The threshold and drainage channel must be connected so that sliding or pleated flyscreens can be guided using concealed mechanisms.
Sun shading | flyscreen
Universal system for roller shutters and external blinds consisting of an extruded, powder-coated aluminium box that is sealed at the ends with plastic end caps. The headbox height is 221 mm as standard, regardless of the shading height. It must be possible for sun shading to be integrated into the base system as roller shutters or an external blind and to be retrofitted and converted.
The box depth must be linear with the guide tracks. It must not be set back.
Aluminium guide tracks that can be over-insulated, for roller shutters, textile curtains and external blinds.
It must be possible for flyscreens to be integrated into the base system as an integral roller blind, pleated blind or sliding frame and to be retrofitted and converted.
External blind
Edge-crimped C-shaped aluminium louvre blades, 80 mm wide, guided on tracks with alternately arranged metal guide pins. Plastic guide pins are strictly not allowed.
Edge-crimped Z-shaped aluminium louvre blades, approx. 93 mm wide, with rolled gasket keder, guided on tracks with alternately arranged metal guide pins. Plastic guide pins are strictly not allowed.
A tested drainage module below the window sill must be used to drain the guide tracks. It is strictly not permitted to notch either the track or the flanged piece for the window sill. A clip-in insert track must be used to reduce noise.
The multi-part guide track must be interlocked with the outer frame profile of the window using a hinge mechanism.
Face width 58 mm, can be rendered right up to the inner opening edge.
Bottom profile for extruded aluminium profile, powder-coated with a highly weather-resistant / façade-compatible grade of powder with a coating certification.
Once installed, it must be possible for the system to be converted to roller shutters or a textile curtain, without opening up the façade. It must also be possible for an integral roller blind, a pleated flyscreen or a sliding frame to be integrated in the system box and in the guide tracks.
Roller shutters
Rolled double-walled aluminium louvre blades, foamed with PU foam. With a louvre blade height of 37 mm, a louvre blade thickness of 8 mm and a 3 x 18 mm ventilation slot with a 30 mm distance between centres. Fixed using rigid composite shaft connectors with a clip-in connection on the 60 mm octagonal galvanised-steel shaft with a wall thickness of 0.6 mm.
Bottom profile for extruded aluminium profile, powder-coated with a highly weather-resistant / façade-compatible grade of powder with a coating certification.
A tested drainage module below the window sill must be used to drain the guide tracks. It is strictly not permitted to notch either the track or the flanged piece for the window sill. A clip-in insert track must be used to reduce noise. When the roller shutter curtain is closed, it must be possible to provide proof of increased sound reduction with a test certificate.
The two-part guide track must be interlocked with the outer frame profile of the window using a hinge mechanism.
Face width 58 mm, can be rendered right up to the inner opening edge. For the purpose of inspection, the roller shutter curtain must be mounted on a movable motor mount.
Once installed, it must be possible for the system to be converted to a external blind or textile curtain, without opening up the façade. It must also be possible for an integral roller blind, a pleated flyscreen or a sliding frame to be integrated in the system box and in the guide tracks.
Textile blind (zip screen)
Soltis Veozip textile sun shading. Fixed using rigid composite shaft connectors with a clip-in connection on the 80 mm galvanised steel octagonal shaft with a wall thickness of 0.6 mm.
Bottom profile for extruded aluminium profile, powder-coated with a highly weather-resistant grade of powder with a coating certification.
Once installed, it must be possible for the system to be converted to an external blind or roller blind, without opening up the façade. It must also be possible for an integral roller blind, a pleated flyscreen or a sliding frame to be integrated in the system box and in the guide tracks.
